I love the fact that you know (and worship) so many semi-obscure people that I also adore. Daliah was such a striking woman. If you ever get the chance to see a movie called The High Commissioner with Christopher Plummer and Rod Taylor, she has some amazing get-ups and hair in it! Same with her Matt Helm film and most of her other 60s work.
I think I've seen Ms. Lavi in exactly two movies -- her Matt Helm epic, and "Casino Royale." I fell in love with her through stills: I mean, come ON... those falls, those lashes!
I'm surprised I'm not a drag queen, double-mascared lower lashes get me so giddy.
Wasn't she fabulous! I love the fact that in "Lord Jim" (I'm an avowed Peter O'Toole Freak!) she was billed as, "The Girl". In my obvious ignorance, I always thought she was Southeast Asian or Indian; she's actually Israeli. Gorgeous!

Wow obscure but fabulously obscure. I thought I was the only one that loved this woman.
