Donna -- It looks like the work of Bob Powley, an artist who did a lot of one-of-a-kind JM dolls that were featured in the old JM Fan Club newsletters. I tried Googling him, to no avail. He also did a series of Diana Ross & The Supremes dolls. Like this JM one, they were creepy and fantabulous, all at the same time!
Where is this FROM?! Does it say things like "midgets and dwarves need sex too"?
