Myrna was cast quite a lot in the oriental/gypsy/exotic type before becoming Nora. Although she fought a lot to escape the stereotype that Hollywood had imposed onto her in her early career, I do find her rather very attractive and pulling off beautifully these mysterious characters, although admittedly her beauty hasn't got anything oriental in it.
AtStirred, Straight Up, with a Twist, it helps to remember that it is permanently 1962 (give or take a decade); and that the problems of the real world can be solved with a touch of glamour and a dash of style.
Thanks for visiting, have fun, and please feel free to add your wit and sparkle to the proceedings!
