  5. I have always thought that if I were a producer in the 1930s and 11940s that I would have loved to cast Lorrie against type and as the frustated male lead in a screwball comedy. Lorrie playing against Lombard, Hepburn or Dunne would have been a hoot! And he would have been excellent.
