Believe it or not I worked with the McGuire sisters and did some fabulous photos for their come-back around the time of the last photo. Phyllis the middle sister was a trip and the other two just did what she wanted. Phyllis lives in Las Vegas and has a huge effiel tower in her living room. She was the one connected to the mob. They all sang to me once and their harmonies were still right on.
I believe it, and what's more, I really hate you for it. LOL.
There was some sort of scandal involving Phyllis in Vegas a few years back; without starting rumors, I *believe* it had to do with alleged drunk driving. Anyway, I'm not surprised that she's a little...out there.
I was skating through the Coral Ridge section of Fort Lauderdale when I stopped in front of a very large waterfront house with a "for sale" sign. The owner came out. An old guy who wanted to chat. He told me that this was the house in which the mob kept Phyllis McGuire a virtual prisoner.

ReplyDeleteWas that mentioned in the official listing?
ReplyDeleteHer sisters married for love while Phyllis traded love for jewelry.
ReplyDeleteFabulous jewels they are too.
I just remember the song they sang to me "We belong to a mutual admiration society..." and Sincerly.
