Our musings on Gerald Mohr naturally led to contemplation of other humpy toughs who banged Mamie Van Doren, which brings us to Mr. Steve Cochran.



Steve's litany of on- and off-screen conquests also included Ida Lupino, Joan Crawford, Mae West, Jayne Mansfield, Virginia Mayo, Virginia Grey, Sabrina, Ann Sheridan and Merle Oberon, which places Mr. Mohr's claim to the Gayest Heterosexual in Filmdom History title in question. In fact, for less hardy souls, I think sex with Mae West might act as the antidote to gay reversion therapy.
