Oilcloth

This charming blog recently posted these swatches of oilcloth. Being woefully deficient in the DIY field, we have no idea what the uses for oilcloth are (apparently, you can make a tablecloth out of it) -- but we love these patterns, and would quite enjoy having jackets made up in all of these prints.

  1. aw *blush* thank you so much. So glad you like them. How about Errol Flynn? FOX or what?!

  2. A chintzy floral oil tablecloth (say that fast!) is a quintessential part of a cozy British kitchen!

  3. Having an oilcloth jacket would be so sensible. No more worries about spilling red wine or eating lobster as you can just wipe down with a damp rag. Oilcloth underwear would also be good for hookers and sluts.

  4. skinnyGLASSESgirl -- Viva la inspiration! Look for a Flynn post sometime in the near future.

Donna -- Bubble and squeak, anyone? (Lord, I miss the Two Fat Ladies.)

    If they wore underwear, yes.
