just talking about joan....bennett the other day, recalling her stellar work on "dark shadows" & how hard that must've been for a STAR such as herself. obviously, she needed the money back then, why else would she have done it? yes, as a kid i liked that program, but it was crap.
as for the the other white meat, the OTHER joan, well, i talk about her everyday.
Compared to the other ladies Joan C. looks to be a crocodile in premium marabou. And I want to eat that delicious looking confection on Gene Tierney's head.
AtStirred, Straight Up, with a Twist, it helps to remember that it is permanently 1962 (give or take a decade); and that the problems of the real world can be solved with a touch of glamour and a dash of style.
